Bishop Hayles role in covering a Covenant Pastor is to offer regular mentoring and spiritual guidance to support the Covenant Pastors ministry. There are Quarterly meetings held via zoom with the Senior Pastor and all Covenant Pastors. These meetings will foster collaboration, communication, and alignment with the vision.
Pastor Andrea Hayles
Lead Pastor
Pastor Andrea Hayles role in covering a Covenant Pastor is to offer support, guidance, and prayer. There are Monthly mentorship meetings held via zoom with Pastor Hayles and all the Covenant Pastor's Wives. These meetings will foster fellowship, communication, and alignment with the vision.
Bishop Joby and Pastor Sheryl Brady
Apostolic Overseers
Bishop Joby and Pastor Sheryl Brady are the Apostolic parents of The City of Promise. Their role in covering a Covenant Pastor is to cover them as an affiliate of River Fellowship. There is an annual in person Training with Bishop Joby Brady and Pastor Sheryl Brady.

The Covenant Pastor's role, once accepted, is to formalize the relationship with Bishop Gary Hayles, Pastor Andrea Hayles, Bishop Joby and Pastor Sheryl Brady. The Covenant Pastor agrees to commit to mutual growth, support, and the expansion of ministry under the leadership and Guidance of Bishop Gary Hayles and the River Fellowship Community.
